proc_application=This is a two-stage process.
First, applicants are required to submit short concept papers. Concept papers should demonstrate the approach and describe results that could be achieved should funding be awarded by USAID, but do not need to be in the format or detail of a full proposal.
These will be reviewed using the criteria set forth below. Those most highly rated will be invited to participate in the second stage – submission of a full application. |
