When you want to add a picture to an Akvopedia article, please follow these steps.

<li>Click on 'Upload file' in the toolbox at the left side of this page (see figure 1).</li>

<li>Click on 'Browse' to locate the picture on your computer (see figure 2). This will look different on a PC or a Mac. You can choose pictures with the following extensions: png, gif, jpg, jpeg. Please make sure that the pictures are not too large, preferably they should be about 150 kb.</li>

All pictures in Akvopedia are placed on the right hand side of the text in a small format, with a short text describing the picture. When the picture is clicked, the full format is displayed.
