The Akvopedia is an online encyclopedia specifically designed to meet the needs of the water and sanitation community. It is, like Wikipedia, a special type of collaborative website called a wiki. It follows the same conventions and processes as all wikis.

Copying from Wikipedia or other free or openly licensed information sources
When copying information from another source, please make sure you have permission to do so and include an acknowledgement at the bottom of the page. The wiki code of an example can be seen below:
