The Byrraju Foundation seeks to build progressive self-reliant rural communities, with a holistic approach, by providing services in the areas of health care, environment, sanitation, primary education, adult literacy and skills development. The Foundation currently works in 180 villages in 6 districts of Andhra Pradesh- East Godavari, West Godavari, Krishna, Guntur, Ranga Reddy and Visakhapatnam- positively transforming the lives of nearly a million people
