Portal ini dimaksudkan untuk membantu petani perkebunan kelapa sawit untuk meningkatkan produktivitas perkebunan dan pendapatan mereka secara berkelanjutan. Penggiatan sistem berkelanjutan bagi petani perkebunan kelapa sawit bertujuan pada pencapaian hasil panen dan keuntungan terbaik, sembari mempertahankan kesuburan tanah, meminimalisasi dampak erosi, memelihara kualitas air, mengendalikan hama, penyakit dan gulma melalui manajemen penanggulangan hama yang terintegrasi dan penggunaan bahan agrokimia secara aman dan dengan jumlah sekecil mungkin. Rekomendasi yang dinyatakan dalam panduan ini sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip dan kriteria yang disampaikan dalam Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil, namun tidak cukup memenuhi tingkat sertifikasi RSPO.
