The means used to improve the living conditions of select poor and marginalised communities include: rooftop rainwater harvestingक्षेत्र के चुनिंदा वंचित और गरीब समुदायों के जीवन स्तर में सुधार लाने के लिए छत पर वर्षा जल संरक्षण, small scale gravity flow schemesछोटे पैमाने पर गुरुत्व बहाव वाली योजनाएं, spring source conservationझरने आदि से मिलने वाले पानी का संरक्षण, infrastructure improvementsबुनियादी ढांचा सुधार, ground water recharge for mid-hill sourcesछोटे पहाड़ी इलाकों में भूजल रिचार्ज, and rainwater / waste water harvesting for irrigationसिंचाई के लिए गंदे पानी का संरक्षण आदि उपाय अपनाए गए. In addition, BSP-Nepal has embarked in creating entrepreneurship by providing Micro Enterprise Creation इसके अलावा बीएसपी नेपाल ने माइक्रो एंटरप्राइज क्रिएशन (MECएमईसी) trainingके जरिए उद्यमिता प्रशिक्षण की भी व्यवस्था की.
