इस प्रयोग का लक्ष्य है रॉक बॉटम तकनीक के अवसरों को सामने लाना. यह एक साधारण तकनीक है जिसका क्रियान्वयन बहुत कम कौशल और स्थानीय रूप से उपलब्ध सामग्री की मदद से किया जा सकता है लेकिन इसका समूचे परिदृश्य पर अत्यंत सकारात्मक प्रभाव होता है. अत्यंत कम बजट वाली यह तकनीक अपनी तरह की इकलौती तकनीक है जो अत्यंत कम लागत पर पानी और घास दे सकती है और जिसका आसपास अनुकरण भी किया जा सकता है. यह मसाई तकनीकी प्रशिक्षण संस्थान के रूप में एक बेहतरीन प्रशिक्षण स्थल भी मुहैया कराता है.
