    AMREF empowers communities to build and maintain clean water systems appropriate for 
    local conditions.  They work in Africa to improve access to safe, reliable and 
    sustainable water supply and sanitation facilities.  They are the largest health 
    organization in the world.  AMREF missions is to improve people’s health as a means 
    for them to escape poverty.
