In the introduction to this article, SDAs are mentioned. Are these Service Delivery Approaches? Please link words like this either to a word list or to an article which describes them. Also, spell them out the first time the acronym is used. Thanks!

The SDA terminology will be removed except for in the first paragraph where it is described. It is envisoned that a later step will be splitting this up into separate seed pages which can be distributed through the approaches portal. Some of these are mechanisms and others are perhaps general principles so some thought will have to be given to this.
