1. Create {{#widget:PageName}} on page you want the iFrame widget.
2. Click on red link to page (it will say "error" before it when you save from step 1, that's ok).
3. Cut paste the embed code (HTML) of the iFrame on the Widget:PageName page. Adjust the height/width setting if desired.
4. Use MediaWiki tags to place the {{#widget:PageName}} properly on the original page. ex: <center>{{#widget:PageName}}</center> tags.
