Aim — The objective of the Community Livelihoods Project is to increase stability in vulnerable areas of Yemen. This goal will be achieved by designing and implementing a project that attempts to satisfy the intermediate results. To complement the strategic framework, applications should consider grouping activities under the following four component headings:

  1. Employment opportunities increased
  2. Access to quality basic services increased
  3. Community participation and empowerment promoted
  4. Local governance capacity strengthened
