Aim —
The aim is to support small-scale projects in the neighboring countries of the European Union to promote cooperation in the area of for example human rights, education, health care and environmental issues.
More information — Matra/KPA grant is intended for project in official developing countries. Both material investments and knowledge transfer project can aplly for a KPA grant.
