Technology can enable large numbers of people within a community to participate as owners of community assets. Large scale participation brings a community closer to the ideal of a commons, the body of resources everyone in a community has a right to access, and a responsibility to preserve.

For the Akvo project I am putting together a plan for:
- Reviewing the licensing
- Analyzing the wiki from the perspective of a user needing tools for the redistribution of wiki content
- General site usability
- Potential Akvo partnerships
- Sketching out options for users to have formal input in Akvo operations
