Funding map
WASHfunders.org presents an interactive, colorful WASH funding map, where you can find out how to fund your project using criteria such as region, type pf WASH project or strategy, type of funder (Foundation or OECD) and other indicators like rural/urban or population density. There is also a grants database to search.
The funding map on WASHfunders.org is powered by the Foundation Center's database of more than 2.3 million grants awarded globally by approximately 25,000 U.S. grantmakers and a growing number of non-U.S. grantmakers to more than 188,000 recipients.
Generally, all grants of over $10,000 are included for all U.S. foundations with a total giving amount of at least $5,000,000. Beyond that, we include an assortment of grants of all sizes for U.S. foundations with a total giving amount of less than $5,000,000 and foundations outside of the U.S.
