Aim —
The mission of The Rotary Foundation is to enable Rotarians to advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through the improvement of health, the support of education, and the alleviation of poverty. The Foundation is a not-for-profit corporation supported solely by voluntary contributions from Rotarians and friends of the Foundation who share its vision of a better world.
Rotary's new grant model, often called the Future Vision Plan, is both simplified and streamlined, reducing the number of Foundation grant types from 12 to three. The new model goes into effect on 1 July 2013. Foundation Grants FAQ link

How to apply
Application procedure — Aanvragen voor grants voor bedragen onder $25.000 kunnen gedurende het hele jaar worden ingedient bij Rotaryclub in samenwerking met Rotaryclub in het projectland. Aanvragen voor bedragen boven $25.000 kunnen worden ingedient tussen 15 juli en 31 maart en zullen twee keer per jaar beoordeeld worden op competitive basis.
