Aim —
The Overall Objective:
‘Improved health of rural communities through provision of increased access to safe water supply and sanitation facilities.’
This contribution will be realised through achieving the Programme Objective which is;
‘Sustainable enhanced access to safe water, improved sanitation use and hygiene behaviour for participating rural communities.’

Criteria — The planned duration of an action will depend on the size of the grant awarded: grants awards of over EUR100,000: duration may not exceed 31st August 2011. grants awards under EUR100,000: duration may not exceed 12 months from the date of signing of the contract

Application procedure — Applications must be received in a sealed envelope by registered mail, private courier service or by hand-delivery. Applications sent by any other means (e.g. by fax or by e-mail) will be rejected.
