De nombreux autres exploitants pourraient profiter des grandes possibilités qu’offrent les dispositifs d’irrigation à petite échelle. Ce compte-rendu permet aux gouvernements, donateurs, institutions de crédit, secteur privé et aux exploitants agricoles de prendre des décisions éclairées en matière d’investissements dans la gestion de l’eau agricole (AWM) susceptibles de changer la vie de millions de personnes en régions rurales.
