Finance The availability of finance mechanisms availability for the implementation of WASH service delivery approaches (SDA) differs for each of the specific approaches. Moreover, none of these finance mechanism suits all of SDAs. Their availability, however, can be considered an enabling factor for the implementation of the SDA itself.
