''「1.水」''　複合利用水サービスは、地域を通じておなじ技術をただ繰り返すだけではありません。正しい技術を選択することは、コミュニティが正しい使用方法で正しい技術を使用することを可能にする成功および持続可能なサービスを作り出す重要な部分です。同様に重要なことは、正しい支援プログラム（統治、管理およびトレーニング）を選択することであり、長期間での水サービスの持続可能を可能にします。
