[http://www.bspnepal.org.np/ बीएसपी-नेपाल] ने [http://www.rainfoundation.org/ आरएआईएन- रेन फाउंडेशन] के साथ साझेदारी करके जिले के स्थानीय स्वयंसेवी संगठनों और सामुदायिक सदस्यों को साथ लेकर नेपाल के जल क्षेत्र की चुनौतियों से निपटने में सार्थक सहयोग किया है. इस प्रक्रिया के तहत वर्षा जल संबंधी सुविधाएं दिलाने में अहम काम किया गया. क्षेत्र के चुनिंदा वंचित और गरीब समुदायों के जीवन स्तर में सुधार लाने के लिए छत पर वर्षा जल संरक्षण, छोटे पैमाने पर गुरुत्व बहाव वाली योजनाएं, झरने आदि से मिलने वाले पानी का संरक्षण, बुनियादी ढांचा सुधार, छोटे पहाड़ी इलाकों में भूजल रिचार्ज, सिंचाई के लिए गंदे पानी का संरक्षण आदि उपाय अपनाए गए. इसके अलावा बीएसपी नेपाल ने माइक्रो एंटरप्राइज क्रिएशन (एमईसी) के जरिए उद्यमिता प्रशिक्षण की भी व्यवस्था की.
