IRC International Water and Sanitation Centre is developing an innovative app called the [http://www.washcost.info/page/2573 WASHCost calculator]. The app will help implementers and donors of water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) programmes better plan and evaluate sanitation and water services using [[Costs of WASH Service Delivery - Introduction|cost]] and service level data. The WASHCost calculator aims to ease the use or planning of the [[Life Cycle Cost Approach | life cycle costs approach]] by governments, multilaterals, training institutions, International NGOs and donors.
