Aim —
The goal of the KPA is to support local initiatives in the Netherlands for small scale international cooperation
More information — KPA grant is intended for project in official developing countries. Both material investments and knowledge transfer project can aplly for a KPA grant.

DAC- listed countries except Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Turkey, Russian Federation, Ukraine, Belarus, Moldavia, Georgia en Armenia
Criteria — All project need to be relevant in terms of development. Projects need to have a structural and sustainable approach, they have to improve the quality of living for the poorest and they have to contribute to economical and social independents of the target group.

Application procedure — Application deadline October 1 2010
Selection procedure — The decision of grant approval will be communicated 8 weeks after the application date
