==== Stainless steel sintered filter element ====
Stainless Steel Sintered Filter Element is made of different types of metal diffussion, They feature extremely high porosity (up to 85%), high flow rates (up to 20 times higher than other media types), and very long life.
The Stainless Steel Multi-mantle Filter Element consists of several cylindrical filter mantles. These provide a large filtration surface with a small space requirement and allow the use of finest filter mesh.
Stainless wedge wire filter elements is a sieve made tram looped wires formed into deep wedge-shaped section. Individual wedge wires are built into 'Panels" by threading cross rods of suitable diameter through the loops. The whole is then clamped and made secure usually by riveting or putting ring nuts over the cross rod ends or by welding.
Stainless steel basket filter element is suitable for coarse filtration and low contamination. The contamination collects in the basket and can be removed easily. Basket and Ring Sieves in Stainless Steel design with particularly pleated filter media which offer a very good filtrate quality and a long durability.
Fiberglass Filter Elements media is manufactured from inert micro-fiberglass material bonded with a stable resin, randomly set into a multi-layer composite. Micro fiberglass filter elements are an appropriate selection for a majority of applications for liquids and gases.
